Dumming of America:
I LOVED the Flavor of Love Charm School series. I also crack up over Rob and Big and OH MY GOSH have you seen this new one from Bull Rider TY... CELEBRITY BULL RIDING?!?! It is FANTASTIC. I don't plan my days around them but when I catch them at the right time they are just what the doctor ordered to bring down the old stress level.

Brawndo has electrolytes.

My husband and I JUST did this the other night. We flipped through the cable stations, and both of us looked at each other and thought the same thing..."lets watch Idiocracy again"! What's funny is the fact that Idiocracy is an MTV movie, and that channel is probably more guilty of dumb shows than any other! However, I will not under any circumstances put Rob & Big in the "dumb" category, but watching the rest of them could put me in a "dumb coma" for hours.

I don't know about you, but I would totally drink Brawndo. I have found that my body craves it, and probably needs it too. I know I don't get my recommended daily amount of Electrolytes.
