260 to 260!
Great news, the number of homes sold in Genesee County in January of 2008 is EQUAL TO the number sold in 2007!
Have we hit the bottom? You know Buddy thinks so and I truly believe at this point fundamentals have played out and it is all attitude.
GREAT WAY TO START 2008! With any luck we will be up in February and based on the pending numbers that is very possible!
